By the Order of the Mayor of Włocławek of 24 July 2026, the most advantageous proposal submitted under Open Call for Proposals No. 1 for the implementation of the City of Włocławek's public tasks was selected. The call concerned the organisation of open educational workshops on biodiversity, nature conservation, climate change, waste segregation, and sustainable lifestyles, addressed to non-governmental organisations and other public benefit entities.
The project "Włocławek – a Biodiverse City" will be implemented by the Włocławek Centre for Ecological Education. Its activities will promote sustainable lifestyles, increase environmental awareness, and strengthen pro-environmental attitudes among the city's residents.
Project co-financed by the Swiss Funds, which support reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union, and by the state budget.
